    Fixed pricing & selections

    Line-item pricing and a selections schedule for fixtures and finishes — decided before demo, not during.

    Demolition & discovery

    When the walls open, surprises get documented, priced, and approved by you before any extra work happens.

  4. 04

    Rebuild & reveal

    Rough-ins, inspections, finishes, and a detailed final walkthrough. We're done when you can't find anything to point at.
