What's included

Site & feasibility

Lot evaluation, soil and grade review, utility planning, and municipal approvals across Bergen, Passaic, and Morris County townships.

Architecture & engineering

We collaborate with your architect or connect you with ours — structural engineering, energy modeling, and buildable drawings that survive contact with the field.

Structural build

Foundations, framing, roofing, and envelope — the bones of the house, built to exceed code and outlast the mortgage.

Finish & handover

Cabinetry, millwork, tile, and hardware — finished down to the last detail, with a documented punch list and a real warranty.

    Consultation & feasibility

    A free on-site walk of your lot. We talk budget, timeline, and what the land will allow before anyone draws a line.

    Design & pre-construction

    Drawings, engineering, fixed-scope pricing, and permits. You see the real number before we break ground.

    Construction

    A dedicated site supervisor, weekly walkthroughs, and a shared schedule you can check any day of the week.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough & warranty

    A zero-item punch list is the goal. We hand over the keys with documentation, manuals, and a workmanship warranty.
